In my teaching, I like to take a methodical and mindful approach, encouraging my students to meet themselves where they are in their body and mind. I teach a Hatha/Iyengar style with emphasis on the breath as we synchronise to movement. Some days we feel adventurous and enjoy a challenge, others we may need to take a more gentle and introspective practise. That's the beauty of yoga; we can always find a practise to suit our needs. I trained with Yogacampus, London on their 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training and qualified in July 2016. During and since my training, I've participated on several intensive yoga and meditation courses with Doug Keller, Rolf Sovik and Jason Crandell. I also feel hugely fortunate to have some fantastic regular teachers such as Angelika Grohmann and Rebecca Bogue, who have provided so much encouragement and support throughout my yoga journey. Namaste, Estelle
